We have an opportunity for a Functional Skills Coach to join an Outstanding Training Provider. As a Functional Skills Coach you will be offering young people an overall learning experience that prepares them for the ability to function and progress successfully in adult and working life. As a Functional Skills Coach you will work towards and achieve targets set by Nova and the ESFA relating to delivering Functional Skills Qualifications to Apprentices. Functional Skills must be embedded in all sessions and you will visit learners in their workplace to provide coaching, training and support, review progress, set targets and assess work undertaken. We are looking for a Functional Skills Coach who can carry out all duties in accordance with Common Inspection Framework requirements and organisational processes and policies.
