We are seeking to employ a highly enthusiastic and experienced Apprenticeship construction Coach that has experience delivering apprenticeships in the following, Bricklaying and Plastering This role will be based at our Bushbury Centre, but the candidate will need to be able to travel and cover the West Midlands region.

Functional Skills must be delivered and embedded in all sessions. You will visit learners in their workplace to provide coaching, training and support, review progress, set targets and check work undertaken. The individual must be able to effectively organise their workload, have a proven track record of success in delivering apprenticeship frameworks and be able to meet targets. Experience of delivering new apprenticeships standards would be advantageous.

Skills Essential:

  • Assessor qualification
  • Relevant skills knowledge and experience of English and Maths delivery at L2 or above
  • A minimum of GCSE C grade or level 4 in Maths and English
  • A Minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • Teaching Qualifications i.e. Cert Ed, C&G7407, PTTLS, CTTLS, DTTLS
  • Full UK Driving Licence, business insurance and use of a vehicle

    As part of company policy at Nova Training, every candidate must be screened in Math’s, English and ICT skills. Applicants will be asked to undertake assessments during the interview screening process and will be required to demonstrate a level of competence, to qualify for employment within Nova Training.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of delivering training or supporting learners aged 16+ who have LDDs
  • IAG Qualification
  • ICT L2
